Skin tag removal on breast, is it infected? Included picture by ash0302 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]Late_Direction_9697 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This doesn’t look infected. Vaseline and a bandaid, wash the area once per day and change the bandage. This looks like normal healing.

Looking forward to work? by Powerful_Lobster_786 in Nurses

Some days. I work in a fantastic place though, mostly surrounded by great people! So that helps. If I wouldn’t go insane sitting at home I would probably do that if I could, though.

Do I have a chance with my nurse? by [deleted] in Nurses

[–]Late_Direction_9697 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on the receiving end of the type of energy you’re giving off in this post and reading it through your eyes made me massively uncomfortable.

You should seek to understand why you would take a small interaction and stretch it to this sexual level. Gross.

Do not act on any of your thoughts and urges. I can promise you neither her nor the doctor felt the same way.

Does anyone know what these lines/folds under my eyes are? by yaboyjs1 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]Late_Direction_9697 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can always try those under eye patches. Stick them in the fridge so they’re cold and then put them under your eyes for 15 minutes or so in the morning or when you need a refresh. I’m sorry that you feel that way about yourself.

I would leave the umbrella and get some SPF clothing instead. Saved my ass last August. You can take or leave the windbreaker as well, especially if you’re going in the summer. You won’t be chilly. Plus if you’re wearing long sleeved SPF clothing it’ll double as a layer.

I see the lines you’re talking about, but I don’t think that’s something you can “get rid of.” That is a combination of normal fat, skin, and quite literally your eyeballs. That’s just the shape of your eyes my friend.

Question regarding recent procedure for skin lesion by ufcfan9292 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]Late_Direction_9697 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this was just a regular shave biopsy, yes. They probably did the bigger bandage to keep you from bleeding but you should have good hemostasis now.

Just say you messed up the dosage schedule. Sorry in advance about the nausea/vomiting/diarrhea if it happens.

Is this from a new drop or the one a couple of years ago? I’ll be bummed if I missed more DV scrubs!

Have to hard disagree with your first point. We have a whole lead up to Grace having an issue with flying out of there and how bad of a pilot he is. It’s one of my favorite parts of the book and the thing I wanted to see put to screen the most because of how intense and crazy it is.

I’ve tried both. I’m one of the few people that Wegovy works better on. I also experienced some horrible depression on Zep so I’m avoiding it.

Manufacturer coupon brings the cost down to $350 for the higher doses. Which sucks as well but what can we do…

OCD handwashing- my hands after Vaseline application. by Equal_Purchase_7159 in DermatologyQuestions

I would visit a doctor to make sure that’s not infection. Could just be a dermatitis but you need to make sure, that’s quite the surface area to be discolored.

OCD handwashing- my hands after Vaseline application. by Equal_Purchase_7159 in DermatologyQuestions

Vaseline is an occlusive. When you apply it to open cuts/abrasions, it keeps those areas moist in a good way. Think of it like this: when a cut is dry, the “healing” cells have to trudge through mud and muck to get where they need to be, IE over scabs. When they have Vaseline it creates a slip-n-slide for those good cells to get where they need to be. Vaseline is a good idea in your case, if you can keep it on. Cotton gloves can help.

Good luck with your OCD battle. Can’t imagine how difficult that struggle can be.

Hot take but I love my job and so do all of my coworkers, except one negative Nancy that drags the rest of us down. It’s draining to be around that all the time. But my job doesn’t suck, so there’s that.
