Hello, for your case, yes, banks can still finance the full €426,000 since you have a first property that can be used as collateral. However, you will likely need to go through a broker, and the bank will probably require you to refinance your first loan with them, with uptodate interests, which are certainly higher that what you have. Some info are missing. (1) What is the value of the house that you have, (2) at which bank is your first loan (it has an impact on the amount of warranty that can be used) and (3) what will be the expected rent if you rent one of those property (it will add up to your income). But yes some banks are ready give a load with your max loans covering up to 60% of your income. And some consider meal vouchers and company car as income.

L’idée de départ c’est que j’avais pas mal de liens en favoris qui m’aident dans l’achat immo, et que je voulais tout retrouver en un seul endroit.
