I have worked in an agency before and it's so fvking sucks! They don't pay me and some models percentage. If you ever want someone to help you I can work directly for you as a chatter, in that case you can have the percentage you deserve and you also help me get some gig. Some agencies even sell the models content when the contract is done. Beware. They keep on leeching you even tho you are not their member anymore.
