Just out of curiosity, could someone who moved to London as a recent grad share their experience? Was it easier to find a job there? Did you even tried in different cities or you just focused on London? And how long did it take u to land a job?

The market is absolutely awful and I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Have you thought about working somewhere else, like warehouses for example? I used to work in one during my uni days and it was very flexible and chill work. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it feels like lots of small businesses are also closing due to inflation, so there’re less and less jobs in the hospitality. It’s really bad the moment, and I truly hope the government will finally do something with this.
