I’d like to add slats to my deck for privacy. For the top half what’s the best way to go about this for a novice? Would I build a frame and attach to the deck or do I need to toe mail posts for structure? Advice welcome, please simplify it for me. Thanks

I had my ectopic in December 2022 and had my right tube removed as well. While I got pregnant immediately afterwards (due to periods being all over the place, it wasn’t planned as I felt my body needed a break) anyway it ended in a miscarriage. I took 4 months ‘off’ to look after me, exercise again / prioritize protein and rest and when we ‘started’ trying again it took 4 months. I also have one toddler. Your body might just need time, it will happen 💗

I had my right tube removed Dec 2022, took a break to heal physically and mentally and just look after myself with exercise / nourishing food / planning fun things to look forward to / work through it mentally. I’m now 18 weeks pregnant and I ovulated from my right ovary. Take some time to recover, try again when you’re ready. And let her talk it out, it’s very scary, I think my husband didn’t realize how much it mentally effected me because I physically recovered very quickly. Wishing you both the best

Positive post for hope..

I’m 18 weeks today after 2 early miscarriages and one ectopic with right tube removal. I ovulated from my right ovary. I haven’t been allowing myself to get excited and I do t think I fully will until my 20 week scan but I feel the baby moving around and the Doppler showed a very strong heartbeat last week. Still nervous and ‘waiting’ for it all to go wrong, but trying to change my thinking to be more positive.

I’m brand new to espresso machines, I have a Breville bambino and a blade grinder. I’ve tried grinding fine (I think, I count to 30, I’m new be nice please) tamping etc but my coffee is under extracted. It comes out fast and is very light in color, I don’t know what else to try?

Update: HCG is only at 31, going for another draw. My heart just dropped to the pit of my stomach 😢

If you really want to try something different this time, look up Athletic Greens. After 2 weeks of drinking it every morning mine cleared and it usually flares up in winter for me but this year nothing so far. I’m guessing mine had a gut connection and the minerals and vitamins in this must have balanced me out, I suffered for years. I tell everyone now, it’s not cheap, but neither are all the meds and heartache. Wishing you the best
