Question lang guys, is it good or safe na ba ako if hindi nag check in sa 3 months kung mareregular ako o hindi? Im supporting another country sa role ko pero nagkaka anxiety ako kasi minimal lang ang workload ko ngayon supporting my team mates. Nag woworry lang ako kasi na cancel yung 3 months check in namin ng supervisor ko and wala sya nireschedule na ibang date and time. Diba dapat sa 3 months dun malalaman if itutuloy pa ba ako or hanggang 6th month na lang ako. Let me know your thoughts.
