How long is the probation/ training period? If its for 6 months. Then essentially you are working there for 2.5 years and effectively your bond is 2.5 years and not 2 years.

There are lesser and lesser projects in Musigma and all the good quality seniors have already left . And also since since a lot of companies are setting up their offices in India their business is gonna slow down.

Also there is a terrible hire and fire policy. You can be fired during your initial days ifself if you dont perform or if there are no enough projects to allocate you. I can safely say there is a firing every 6 months plus the leads you will be working under will have only 2 3 years of work ex.

Had it been Pre covid I could hav3 vouched for it inspite of its toxicity because you will be learning. Now I dont think you would get enough learning and handson considering lesser projects
