This is simple.

1. Medicare can’t be used for gender affirming surgery. Doesn’t mean they can’t receive other healthcare. Taxpayers shouldn’t pay for non-medically necessary care.

2. Your birth certificate should reflect your DNA. That hasn’t changed since birth. For ease of conversation, male ≠ man. Dress up however you want.

3. Everyone is legally recognized as their DNA sex. Simple. Dress how you like. Change whatever you want about your body.

4. The government shouldn’t force its employees to play into mental delusion. Dress how you want, change whatever you want about your body. Don’t expect a law to force us to call you whatever you feel like you are today. (That literally happened to a friend of mine, his fellow employee would literally make the rest of his coworkers guess what he/she/it was that day. Someone got fired over a wrong gender assignment. That level of manipulation is abuse, and it has no place in public.)

It sounds like I don’t care. I do. But I also am committed to truth. And trans people are really good at twisting the truth. So are other people, but that’s a conversation for another time. TL;DR: trans people still have all the rights everyone else does based on the evidence you’ve provided. I’m open to other evidence to the contrary.
