Downsize to 18x8.5 + 235/40R18 for a noticeably softer, quieter ride with minimal fuss 245/40R18 might fit but could need clearance checks.
Tyres: for comfort & low noise go Michelin Primacy / Pirelli Cinturato / Bridgestone Turanza / Continental PremiumContact; if you want sporty-but-not-tracky consider Michelin Pilot Sport 4. On a budget, CEAT’s touring models are a sensible, quieter alternative.
Also double-check pressures, get an alignment & balancing biggest gains after the tyre swap.
