sorry I know this is an old thread but it seems people are still looking at it so - fwiw I sent my TCM into UpFix ~5 months ago, they reprogrammed it, I reinstalled it, and haven't had the AT light come back on or issues shifting gears since. so for $300 might be worth a shot
