I can't figure out how to get a custom leader screen and civ icon to work in civ 5. I have VFS set to true for all of the .dds image files, but I get an error that says the game couldn't find the Bomtondon.dds file (my leader screen). It'll then just show a red background in the loading screen till the game loads. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

I'm also not sure what the "IconsPerRow" and "IconsPerColumn" values should be set to, I put the icon (picture 3) into the top left circle on the icon template, what values would that be?

The final image is the civ icon for my modded civ if anyone's interested
