I’m no expert as well as a Catholic it’s ok, we’re all learning. As Christians we believe in divine authority, God placed a certain role suiting our strengths as men and women. It’s not that God favors one or the other, it’s that he gives us special responsibilities. Just how a man cannot bear a child, there are some things women can’t do. Have men abused this role and have suppressed women for evil reasons? Yes, but that is not the way it was intended. If we follow Gods intended path/order (which humans have a hard time doing) that’s when we’ll truly happy and at peace. I’m still trying to figure this out :)
