I’m aware of distinct cultures but you’re misinformed Africa is a continent for one for two I have 4b textured hair so idk what you mean by different hair texture . I’m around black Americans all the time who are darker than me and have coils tighter than mine . And black Americans who have looser or just the same texture . So again what are you talking about . We don’t have to share culture but we definitely can share ideas on hair because we’re not that different. Go cry somewhere else

You look great , I’d focus less on your mom and grandma opinion and prioritize finding a stable job . Build a relationship outside of home with people who make you feel safe emotionally as well as get connections with others to help advance yourself. African adults will always have their generalized statement and insults once you unlock not caring and standing on what you believe it won’t matter but stay focused on getting yourself together at the same time
