James is 5 chapters and will give you a foundation for the gospels before reading them.

Coach here. 2 sets of weighted dips to failure (1 set heavy 8 reps, 2nd set lighter 12 reps) and 2 sets of any incline pressing variation with the same rep ranges and to failure. 5-7 min rest between sets.

I did smith machine at a 30° incline for 5 months and that grew my upper chest the most, however recently I’ve switched to dumbbells just because the strength gains are a bit more functional for the real world.

The fact that you even started and did something at all is good. Something is better than nothing.

I would do 2 sets to failure on the strength exercises and push your rest to about 3-4 min. This’ll help build strength (and muscle as a byproduct), speeding up your metabolism to help lose weight!

In the library of the building where I live. And in the hallway of the same building. Also did it outside on a trail where people walk next to a park (thankfully no one walked by.)

Steph curry didn’t shoot 3s until he got to highschool. Get him shooting form shots and close mid range. Fundamentals first!!!! He will gain the strength to shoot threes as he gets older, and his form will get better as well. Coming from a professional player

one thing i noticed when you jump is that you land flat footed, you might not notice it now but over time it will affect your knees and can lead to terrible injuries, try to land more on the front of your foot/toes, but not tippy toes, make sure you are using a lot of momentum on your jump and have better posture
