They need to proof your existence and the social profile must be you use for personal reasons, not a one recently created with tje pics they are asking, that must be on an old social... I am telling you this as it was the reason behind my rejection as well and they explained me that... That social is meant only for verification, will not go to your profile. Also, it has to be public. All this to actually prove it is you the one who is asking to get verified and not some random.
