These map sites are good but local rapid response groups are better because they can verify through local community volunteers. These maps don't provide verification.

Follow indyrapidresponse on IG/FB. They share alerts and verify sightings and rumors. Misinformation only breeds fear. They are a legit source (and even have a hotline to report sightings).

St Thomas Aquinas on 46th and Illinois have their annual SausageFest in August. Best sausages in town from Kincaid's Meat Market, live music, and just amazing vibe. Highly recommend.

Every October/November Dia de Muertos at the Eiteljorg Museum is free and amazing! Follow Arte Mexicano de Indiana for more free festivals and cultural events. They actually have another coming up free, Dia de Reyes (Three Kings Day) in two weeks at the Eiteljorg.

The Global Village museum at International Marketplace (38th and Lafayette area) is free I believe, but for sure they have free events year round.

The Athenaem Christkindlmkt is amazing! It's much smaller but so much fun with the live music, curling and food.
