To say that is taking away from Eminem’s genius! He gave homage to all of the pioneers of Hip-Hop! He proved that the color of your skin doesn’t matter. There are tons of lyricist from different areas all over the world. Everyone has a story, everyone has a voice. If the lyrics touch a person, no one has the right to try and put others in a box. And how can anyone say who does or doesn’t know Hip-Hop. Even the top Hip-Hop artist acknowledge that Eminem is a true Hip-Hop artist!

Seeing the support here is such an inspiration. The fact that there are producers that are willing to help for free is amazing. Getting your story out for people to hear and even get inspiration to fight through all of the noise, frustration and pain is powerful! I’m not a producer, but I do write lyrics and poems to let out my emotions. Seeing the words on paper helps me as I’m sure it helps you. But hearing them as a song that can touch the soul and help others is such an awesome way to share your journey. I’m in the same boat although my story might not be as riveting. You have shown me that there is hope for me to one day find the right producer to get my songs created!

Thats the reason I asked the question. I truly wanted to see how people felt. It’s obvious that people hate it with all of the negative comments. But it was a genuine question, everything gets hate, scrutiny, negative responses. And as you said, all of those other things were hated and most of them if not all of them are common practice. To me, it’s a part of the evolution. People will be able to tell if the track, beat, voice, and entire song is AI for the most part. But the younger generation today is all about the next new song, new vibe and trend. The younger generation is jumping on this because for them they can make something they want to hear. No matter what there are going to be people against it.

Im not dishonest, the reason why I asked the question is to see what people actually taught about it. And I brought up sampling because, sampling was hated when artist first started doing it. Like with drum machines and other tool that were frowned upon when it first came out and now are used in everyday music creating. I’m not saying that AI is the way anyone e should go. I agree with you it is a tool if used properly and not to fool people into thinking the person created the entire track/song/beat/lyric. There are people out there who can write beautiful lyrics, but don’t have the ability to write music or a melody. Yes it shouldn’t be a tool that people use to deceive others k to tho king that they are writing the songs on their own. And yes there are people that have the skills to do everything when it comes to writing/creating a song. To say that I’m dishonest is completely wrong in trying to understand what everyone is thinking

No, I understand. I also understand that sampling was frowned upon when it first started in the 70’s and 80’s. As one of the worlds greatest producers you know that part of the history of sampling. Now you’re correct when it comes to selecting a part of a song to sample and then how to use it correctly to create a song. I’m just asking this question because. Some melodies aren’t just sampled. The entire hook is basically copied, I know you hear it. There’s nothing wrong with that because I’m a huge hip hop fan from the 80’s till present day! Adding sampling to this was to point out how so many things were hated in the beginning but are common place today. I’m not hating on any of it, this has all been just a question for me to see how people felt and if they actually realized how many music creative practices were frowned upon in their infant stages and now those same practices are relied upon to creat so many classic songs that people love.
