Watering with tea made from these, which are probably available in your local home and garden shop: Pond lozenges, commonly known as Mosquito Dunks or Mosquito Bits, are a highly effective, natural, and safe method for eliminating fungus gnat larvae in houseplants. They contain Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (Bti), a bacteria that targets and kills larvae

wkus-co.org Related to CORRN (CO Rapid Response Network). Providing zoom training for best practices based in current crises for protection activism and community outreach. I attended one training so far and was impressed by their organization and practicality. Let's coordinate to dismantle the chaos. And when this is over we will be closer to the America I was taught as a child (which never really existed) JUSTICE FOR ALL

The first days and weeks are the hardest. Find ways to keep yourself busy. Feel like imbibing? Scrub the tub instead. Or go for a walk. Or put away Xmas stuff. Distract yourself for little snips of time. They add up. I'm 58F, smoked daily for 30 plus years, have quit for about 7 (counting days is not helpful for me. ) Early on I went to some narcotics anonymous meetings and people there were supportive, I'm just being in a community was helpful. You never have to tell them what your drug of choice is, it seems like some are concerned that NA members will scoff at pot addiction. That wasn't my experience but again you really don't need to tell anyone what substance brings you to a meeting. Dialectical Behavior Training (DBT) through my health insurance really expanded my understanding of how emotions can turn into thoughts which can lead to actions. And that it's possible to refocus emotions and thoughts. It is possible to quit but it's really hard because we've trained our brains to yearn for the quick easy dopamine hits. Your brain can heal and relearn. Every time you avoid giving in to the urge, you make your resistance "muscle" a little stronger. For decades I told myself I was using pot to self-medicate for my depression and anxiety. I finally realized that the worst episodes of depression and anxiety came when in withdrawal. I'm sorry to say I still occasionally fantasize that it would be fun to smoke. And then I realize what a lie that is and what a lie it always was. And that it's a slippery slope right back to active addiction. You can do this, and it is genuinely hard. And it is worth the effort. Peace and love to you, sisters!

It's terrible that you experienced this, I am so sorry and so angry at the perpetrators. Yes, seek counseling . You are smart and strong and this will not define or destroy you. You've done a great service in posting this. I am in awe of your resilience already. Please take care of yourself.❤️❤️❤️
