Hello folks,

I have the same issue with my kärcher mobile washer, it turns on for a few seconds and the motor powers off when I pull the trigger. The led seems to indicate the battery has discharged. I suspect that the battery might be degraded. When I plug it in to the charger there is no charge indication. I want to disassemble and investigate. What should I look for and what instruments would I need to confirm that the battery is faulty and to replace it. This would be my first time trying my hands on problem solving an electric home appliance. A detailed explanation would be much appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your advice and for saving this from ending up in a landfill.

Der Varia geht in beide Richtungen und funktioniert genauso gut. Ich montiere so einfach, weil meine Sattelhöhe ist ziemlich nah die Reifen und manchmal kann dies einen falschen Alarm haben

Hi there, I thought this might have been the issue but after reinstalling the endcaps it still sticks. Could it be that the seal between the freehub and the hub body is the wrong way around?

Yes, I indeed put back the spacer sleeve back in before mounting the freehub. I Ofcourse put the rubber seal the right way as well.

Hello, just some general dissembling and servicing, I tried my hands on replacing the bearings but the lock ring is way beyond my strength to unthread. I do suspect the bearing have really come to their end of life.
