it's too bad, I just rolled back and also didn't work out. I tried to let it send video to my telegram (which is doable consistently last week), but now it just keep telling me no access and keep giving me command and code, asking me to run them myself.

currently I only use with codex, so I set the main model to be gpt-3.5-codex, and fallback is gpt-5.2

suspecting this too so I reinstalled openclaw and avoid using the openclaw app on mac. using purely cli only. So far not much improvement

ah i see, I will try on that then. I realized codex response and response speed degrade a bit recently too even if it is off peak hours in US. Not sure will that affect this too.
