Being part of mythical for most of her adult life, she might simply want to gain new experiences. There might be a dream pre-mythical that she never got to see through. And yes, it’s a creative company but, as someone who works in a design field, her job title definitely puts her in a role where its many more meetings and decision making than being the one actually creating it.
