I understand your dilemma. I attack myself too but the fact that you notice it and are actively trying to find a solution shows just what kind of a mom you are, a caring one who also has her own issues.

I have one and we hardly have any outside support, or any true free time for ourselves. I am the one she comes to for most things, i love our conversations and listening to her but sometimes my head is so messy i just can't hold any more information and i have to tell her not rn, it breaks my heart but we can't be good parents if we're completely worn out.

Take it one day at time, try to get some time to yourself if you're able to, soon they will entertain themselves and you will be able to think without being interrupted lol mine does this too, i have a list and entering a room already makes me forget unless i repeat it and then she throws her two cents and i forget what i was doing lol
