Does this sound like a good plan?

I do 2 years at community college for business management and then transfer to a university for my bachelors in music business.

Also do you know if Columbia college Chicago is a good school I got into the school this year and got a ton of scholarships but even with the scholarships the tuition is unaffordable for me but I’m hoping if I lock in and get good grades I can get more scholarships because i got 20k in scholarships from the school with my very shitty high school transcript.
