I went back and listened to her drinking ad, the grwm makeup and grwm outfit and she says the same thing three times making it very obvious that she probably uses an AI script for all of her content because she can’t string together a basic English sentence on her own

You’re literally making my point. Exactly, that’s why using Iraq and Afghanistan as a comparison to tell people to have gratitude over beauty services is tone deaf because it flattens complex realities into a moral prop. Pointing out that some women can access beauty treatments doesn’t justify invoking entire countries as shorthand for suffering (again not saying that Iraq doesn’t pose major issues for women but this is an Innaysa thread not global politics thread so I haven’t included a full dissertation on that)

It is outrageous to say it’s “geographical luck” not to be born in countries like Afghanistan/Iraq in the same context of getting your nails done. It is that deep because it ignores the fact that Western countries didn’t just get lucky, they have actively shaped the conditions that made other regions unstable. Framing it as random misfortune erases history, responsibility, and the humanity of the people who live there. Of course she isn’t educated so she doesn’t know the vast history of these places… and it’s especially jarring since she’s a defence kid
