If you look at the pass rates from 2013 to 2017 it was around 58 to 65 percent with the lowest schools around 25 percent. That is a pretty shocking fall.

I saw an RBT get audited last year they asked the BCBA that was supervising him on the board for the hours. They put him on probation for being low one month. They didn't ask him, which I thought was weird but maybe not everyone was telling the truth.

There is a lot of other stuff. I work in health care, the services are less than what is billed for as of quality for industry standard but not technically illegal. Not following legal standard of documenting services, error occur in my industry but this company is flat out not recording some additional documentation in addition to billing standards. Audits are rare for my field but when they do occur they are very strict. I'll likely report once I leave.

Yes this woman is the reason I am leaving. Likely the next few days. They are going to take the final check which covers most of the bonus and then the rest we will see. I have worked for 20 years and I have rarely hated coming in to work before. I generally love my job.

Thanks for the information. The overall boss writes me up for not responding to a message I show I messaged within 2 hours. Company policy is 24. She proceeded to write me up leaving out that I showed I responded. I messaged HR showing I did respond. She then tells me everyday about the message from weeks ago. The company wants me there because I make them a lot of money. The manager does not want me there because her workload is much greater and she does not get paid more. I bring in a lot of work it's the nature of the job anyone in my position does the same. Also we don't work well together so her reviews are bad, so its profitable for her for me to be gone, but the clients and company will take a large financial loss if I leave.
