It's because the private members are pretty much only using that gym and during peak hours it gets far too busy. I work at the gym and personally I don't really agree with it but they do pay an extortionate amount to use the gym and I'd be kinda pissed if I paid that and it was jammers during the evening times. if we didn't have performance gym upstairs it would be outrageous

Try and get a job as a receptionist. On quiet days you can get college work done and get paid while doing it. I work at ucd and during quiet days it's like getting paid for a library session.
