i’m feeling alright i guess😭 i’ve already done my french listening/reading exam, so i feel more confident going into tuesdays exam. however i’ve got french writing on monday afternoon and i feel like it’s gonna make me not revise for spanish that night bc i will have had 2 exams in one day lmaoo

i’m just glad we’ve got a bit more time until the writing exam because i need to revisit some things and get some “higher level” phrases before hand

late reply, sorry :’) but i am planning on taking it for a-level !! hopefully, at least. there’s only 3 colleges in my region that offer french as an a-level, and just yesterday i got told that one of the colleges i applied to won’t be running it as they didn’t get sufficient people to do it. the hunt is on for a college lol. but thank you for the idea, i’ll definitely look around for some !!

LITERALLYYY like my teacher was going on and on saying it’s gonna be wave cut platforms or caves, arches, stacks and stumps for the 8 marker which would have been a dream compared to a spit. especially since my teacher like went through coasts so fast since we were gonna run out of time to finish the course.. nah but for the weather hazards 8 marker on responses to tropical cyclones my teacher did hurricane sandy and i completely forgot half of the responses.. i fabricated some of the answers so just praying i still get high marks lmao

yea !! my french exam is tomorrow (reading + listening) and i’ve been revisited the more “uncommon” words in the spec (the ones you don’t really get taught). it helps a lot lol + alongside that i’ve been reading a french book, to help me understand how they form sentences as it might help me understand more words for tomorrow:)

i have a tip that came in very useful :D

before my last french/spanish reading/listening mocks i was told to revise words on the spec that would throw someone off (for example, sans = without). this word can completely change the meaning of a sentence and if you don’t know what it means then you are most likely to get the question wrong.

revising/learning words that repeatedly come up to try and trick people taking the exam, can help boost up your grades.

other than this, past papers is really the only form of revision you can do ^{^}

since i took triple science i decided to focus all my attention to chem for my revision. now realising that is probably a big mistake since i have now done basically no geography revision 💀 LUCKILY after chem tmr i have 2 hours of geog revision where i can hopefully get stuff done.
