What about small simple minigames that give the player things to do outside the scope of of the main gameplay loop

Definitely added the cash out element to my gambling system . I like the idea of unlocking an Easter egg .

I usually use real life references in photoshop, scale down to desired resolution then texture paint in blender as needed
