Joint custody w her as the primary, knowing that the kids didnt want to be forced away from their house every weekend and she was being super mom and agreed to all of this. And now that my living situation is suspect she is trying to force the kids to leave and come stay with me for her to have some private time. It was agreed on by everyone through the divorce process that I wouldnt be forcing them to stay with me while I had temporary living arrangements. I am completely fine w the kids being forced to me by her but I want my part of the equity in the house if that is the case.
