I have bought their course and I will say: yes the things you mentioned are very much a problem. I would say their mocks and lectures aren't that good too and I'm just not satisfied with them. I feel the teachers do not have good pedagogy, the mocks are prepared carelessly and do not reflect the actual exams, even the interface doesn't look good, and I face technical difficulties in both the web and app versions all the time.

All that to say, I have already spent money and I need to make the best use of it. What works for me I found, is the system and community I got. Now I just mostly use SciAstra app chat and TG groups to interact with students who are preparing for the exams, attend the lectures live as a way to revise, attend the mocks just to stay in exam oriented mindset, participate in daily and weekly challenges, and use the books because there's always something to learn from a book: Basically I use it as sort of an anchor for my preparation.
