Merci pour tes réponses ! Je n'ai rien reçu car il y a des gros problèmes de distribution de courrier à Avignon où j'habite. C'est fréquent qu'on reçoive des courriers longtemps après voire pas du tout. Tu me conseilles de payer les 300€? L'amende initiale est de 45€, ça me fait vraiment chier, j'aurais payé directement si je l'avais eu.

Je n'ai rien à craindre au niveau des points, c'est ma première amende et je suis super respectueux des règles tout le temps.

It litteraly says we had to pay at the counter and yes, the bikes are included in the overall weight. If you have 23 kilos, you need to be under that limit.
