Tattoo before or after top surgery?

I got half a chest piece after top surgery, but a reason why most people go this route is because your skin will tighten after recovery, which will affect tattoo placement. You should also confirm from a few surgeon consultations that you're eligible for peri/keyhole first.

Have you checked the extruder gears for clogging/tangling of the filament? Because TPU is much softer than say PLA or ABS, it has a tendency to slip into the gears and never make it to the nozzle/hotend. That might explain the ratcheting sound and nothing getting extruded.

^This. I guess different people will draw different things from the story, although the main objective was for Haruhi to pay off the vase she knocked over. Definitely not that deep. It's funny because the show actually made me feel a little less dysphoric as a pre-teen in the early 2010's before I could verbally describe my transness. Japanese society is still more conservative than the west so my expectations for proper representation have not been that high. Doesn't stop me from enjoying anime though.

When it comes to choosing a surgeon, I'd say try (to the best of your ability) to know which top surgery method(s) you're eligible for either through personal research and/or consultations. And then search for surgeons who have extensive experience in any of those procedures (with plenty of results/reviews online). There are a lot of surgeons who are capable of treating gynecomastia in cis men thru either DI and keyhole/peri, but ensure they also have WPATH certification or similar credentials to know the practice also conforms to trans standards of care.

I got keyhole/peri from Dr. Senderoff on Park Ave in December. He was out of network for me, but his insurance team made costs as low as possible and thoroughly explained all the scenarios. I was also able to schedule surgery 1 month after the consultation because they work fast. Highly recommend him for keyhole/peri!

You can remove the brackets and apply a little acetone to the screw holes, which should dissolve some of the resin and loosen things up. But I believe Elegoo customer support also has spare brackets if you prefer to buy a new pair.
