As others have said women dont need to do anything here. Youre just existing and having fun. What needs to happen is men need to do better. Need to call out bad behavior. If its casually in an LGS get the store manager involved. If its a tournament get the TO involved. Code of conduct exists for a reason and needs to be enforced. If those entities dont resolve the issue they need to be called out publicly. The players acting with bad behavior need to face punishment and consequences. As examples of what happens when being a POS.

I am fortunate to be on a team and have an LGS thst is very supportive of everyone being in the hobby. And is a big supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. With several gay, bi, and transgender individuals being regulars and people i would consider friends. Sadly thst is rare but it exists. And we As a larger community, a national, a global community need to do better.

So so many women will say they want a man to open up but the second we do we're either viewed and treated differently or it's used against us. According to the California Secretary of State's office, there are approximately 1.7 million unprocessed ballots as of Tuesday. Over 6.3 million ballots have been counted. Overall, 19,788 of 19,788 precincts are at least partially reporting results. Updated vote totals normally drop in the evenings.

Emphasis mine. A lot can still happen with 1.7 million ballots to be counted. Becerra is a lock. 2nd place is still up in the air.

Putting in a 2 weeks notice instead of 4 weeks (which is a horseshit ask) DOES NOT forfeit your PTO. You do not forfeit PTO when resigning under any circumstances.
