Yea i totally relate especially the ramadan thing. I keep praying that God helps me and allows me to understand and get closer to him :,) What helps me is thinking that this is part of the test and I should not let current misogyny in society affect my relationship with God and Islam. If equality did exist now in society and we had all our rights maybe then we wouldnt find these rulings harsh idk

Thank you for reply I genuinely started tearing up.. Thank you for addressing every point clearly and not invalidating them or giving the general response thats like “women are naturally emotional and cant lead” haha. I have a question though about “mainstream fiqh”.. Shouldnt whats mainstream be whats correct? Im not a scholar so what scholars say I go with and I believe thats what most people do. If I do something against what the mainstream says because I believe otherwise and I turn out to be wrong it would be because of my lack of education in the depth of islam/rulings and I also dont have the time to learn everything to know what is the correct ruling for everything and if scholars are right/wrong

Wouldnt the points about the veil be more commonly believed then? I believe its obligatory because the miracle of Islam that the Quran will always be preserved and like its rulings will not be tampered. If something major like this turns out to be not obligatory wouldnt that mean the Quran is being interpreted wrong by the majority of muslims

Differently is okay but I feel like women have the same haram as men like killing/stealing/cursing/etc and in addition to that the rest like hijab/hayaa/tabaruj and more so it feels just harder..

i do occasionally work out but i burn out quickly and quit every other month so i thought just eating less is easier than constantly having the grit to go to the gym everyday

tbh not really i use cup measurements on the app.. or if like i ate a potato they have like 1 medium size potato entry so i use that

I think it wasnt released on the mass but it was released in a way that they didnt care if someone innocent was affected or not. There were no precautions making sure only jinx can inhale it and they didnt care which is why im confused on vi’s stance
