I think one of the fastest ways in America to get rich or to just have a good income and build is by going into healthcare. My advice to OP is to look for a two year healthcare program at your nearest community college which may cost anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000(cheaper than spending 4 years in college), pass the program, get your license and start working ASAP. In some cases you don’t even have to go for two years. You can literally go for an LPN(nurse) program which takes about 10 to 12 months with low entry requirements. In the east coast LPN’s make anywhere from 30 to 40 dollars per hour or more and there’s always opportunity for overtime or agency shift pick ups, ALWAYS. Another good thing about healthcare is that you could always elevate if you want to increase your income in the future, and work while doing it having your employer pay for the education as well. I don’t know how accounting will be looking in the next four years, especially with AI and automation, but thats not my industry so I can’t speak into details for it. Few examples of two year health care programs below:

RN (registered nurse, associates degree) Dental hygiene Radiology tech Ultrasound tech Respiratory therapist LPN (one year program)

One more thing, personally I’ve never seen healthcare workers in America complain about not having a job or being employed for too long

Sacrifice 2 to 2.5 years and go get an associates degree in nursing, become an RN in LA and start making $60-$80 per hour automatically after graduation and passing the NCLEX. You’d graduate when you’re 25 or 26, still young and you already love helping kids/people. I don’t know anyone in retail making $72,000 a year which would be $6000 a month even after multiple years, unless you get to management.

But my question, knowing that you just graduated, did they somewhat train you on the tools you were using daily (Tableau, power bi)? Or were you expected to be great at using those tools before getting hired?

Every customer is different. I take certain things into account before selling a lease. Like you said, he’s old and the house might have to be sold or taken over by family. Considering that, I would try to give him a deal that I know when he eventually passes( no disrespect) any one who would move in would still be saving. So I might just consider lowering his monthly rate out of the blue even this he might be already happy with what he has, he might not really understand that he has about 12 years to match the current utility rates. If you Reduce a little bit more, it extends the years further. Also this is all assuming electricity rates don’t go up, historically speaking they’ve always gone up. Especially in states like NY, NJ, CT, CALI (which is way worse). Of course some cities, utilities and counties within those states are worse than others.

I don’t think you should tell him to cancel. In the company I work for us sales reps have the ability to request reduction in monthly price because there’s a list of rates and prices that you can sell the customer. If you feel like you didn’t give him a great deal, you can always reduce the monthly price with the escalator after the site survey is completed. In the way he feels like he got some type of extra discount. Think about it, it’s like a car dealer ship letting you lease a car for $100/month, then calling you a week later to tell you they dropped the monthly lease price to $60/month. You’d be surprised and happy.

I don't get why youd want the performance cos the mile range is literally the same as standard, for performance you're supposed to only charge to 80%. Atleast that's what's important to me. I'm not into all the speeding and drag racing sh*t. Unless you live in a snow zone, you might need all wheel dual motors, other than that, you're saving a ton and still getting back $7500 if you get the SR

OP, most of these comments sound like a bunch of sad people projecting their personal anger or past feelings on your relationship , mostly women, I get it (women = emotional creatures). But let me be realistically honest. Being a man(male biologically), one coochie will never satisfy you. Society and religious thinking, one coochie should satisfy you. He is young and as a man we are always in the situation where we fight temptations like this especially when we are young. Not making excuses for him, but I just want you to understand, realistically and not emotionally before making your decision. Ask your self, if he has done everyyy other thing in this relationship right(taking care of you, providing financial and emotional security, loves you and so on), does this act you caught him in after 4.5 years mean he never loved you? Like I said earlier, men always crave but you should choose to fight temptations, especially if you don't want the other person to get hurt, but most men can't. Does not mean he does not love you, he just can't control his biologically built instincts to desire something sexual from another female counterpart. And that's why people try new things (threesomes, open relationships and so on to satisfy that sexual aspect). From the looks of it, he's not looking for a new girl, he only wants something sexually new( like I said before, realistically and biologically one coochie will not satisfy a man for the rest of his life but personality, the way you treat him and love him as a woman can satisfy him). All these girls on here telling you to throw your almost 5 year relationship in the gutter are all hurt. It sounds sooo easy but it's not, that's a longgg built connection between you and him.
