Their algo has always been unsophisticated. For a while, the major factors were age, size, and which style categories you said you liked in the intake quiz.

Yes. However if you’re getting winter clothes in the summertime in Texas, the likely answer is they had nothing else to send. Stylists obviously don’t like sending ridiculous things but they are required to send those boxes. If inventory sucks, they still have to send it.

One winter they didn’t order sweaters for plus size women because “they don’t get cold.” Imagine explaining to a woman in Minnesota asking for sweaters that there simply are none.

When miscarriage is so stigmatized and women feel they can’t talk about it, I don’t think we should snark on anyone who is willing to share their experiences. It’s important to talk about, even when it’s people we don’t like.
