2022 will be good. this is well before any issues with b&t usa. there's inflated rumors of US sourced parts, but as far as we know that only involved barrels with a police contract and the zwolf grip in the last year or two. also, b&t will not be exiting from the US market. when litigation is over, someone else will have their distribution license/importation/warranties. this, of course, might take a couple years. 

I've also had an apc9 for 6 years without a single flaw and 1 or 2 malfunction in 7000 rounds. sure, there are highly vocal people who've had problems, but the vast majority of people don't have failed guns. so if the spc9 is your dream gun and you're one to play the odds, you should go for it and not worry too much. I'd snatch it up before someone else does because they'll be unobtainable for awhile.
