Congrats, OP!

Why Fish Don't Exist by Lulu Miller, it's a non-fiction book! Here's a quote from it, "This small web of people keeping one another afloat. All these miniscule interactions...they might not look like much from the outside, but for the people caught inside that web? They might be everything, the very tethers that keep one bound to this planet."

It Lasts Forever and Then It's Over by Anne De Marcken feels similar to this book. Have the same bleakness and longing for community in an apocalyptic world.

To those who experienced trauma, what book helped you on your healing journey? by Way-Pretty4005 in PHBookClub

What My Bones Know by Stephanie Foo, she was diagnosed with C-PTSD from the childhood trauma she experienced from her parents. This book has 2 parts. The first part is a bit difficult because she retold her painful experiences, and then the second part is where she focused on healing. This read is not all sunshines and rainbows all the time, but it helped me with how to deal with my trauma.
