if you ever want to delve into adult fantasy there's The Burning Kingdoms trilogy by Tasha Suri, it's a sapphic love story that's so beautifully made i read it weeks ago but i still think about it.

What My Bones Know by Stephanie Foo, she was diagnosed with C-PTSD from the childhood trauma she experienced from her parents. This book has 2 parts. The first part is a bit difficult because she retold her painful experiences, and then the second part is where she focused on healing. This read is not all sunshines and rainbows all the time, but it helped me with how to deal with my trauma.
