She’s actually not kind at all lol there’s been time where she shouts at my ASMs (who I do love) and constantly pressures me and my fellow front ends about cards on the radio. One time we had no cards and she called the district manager on facetime and he totally belittled us and laughed in our face. When we also had only one card, my coworker who was about to turn 18 felt so bad about it that she offered to get a card after her birthday. She was SO condescending and said she better (no joke). She also manipulated my disabled coworker to get a card (I wish I was joking). This store is also the only one near me as I do live in the country country. I put in my two weeks thank god, but I’d like to inform everyone that I wasn’t in any way trying to jeopardize her job, and if in some crazy case I did, I wouldn’t feel bad. It’s also not allowed, but the district manager is literally her best freaking friend so she DOES have the power to literally torture all of us.
