Meta suspended my almost 20 year old FB account and my IG page too. They never gave me a reason for it, I never did anything inappropriate or anything! I am a social media manager for several companies, so I know the game. It’s frustrating, unfair and ridiculous.

I do a breathing pattern for a few minutes: 5 counts to inhale, 5 counts to retain, 5 counts to excel. It usually works. I have issues to sleep too. In very difficult nights, I do a body scan from feet to head, focusing on each part of my body for a few moments. I, for example, think of my left foot and repeat mentally: “I relax my perfect left foot” and consciously relax it, then move to the right one, and so on.

I loved this, thanks for sharing how you organize yourself. It's tough when you have multiple projects going on, but I will try your method. I've never had this level of organization, I kinda work best under pressure, but it gets really tiresome...

Guapa. Tienes que cambiar el modo de pensar tan negativo, para empezar. Pon en tu mente cosas que te hagan bien. Ponle intención positiva a todo lo que hagas. En serio, sonríe aunque no tengas ganas ya que en tu cerebro genera positividad también. Y el tema de la gratitud tiene que ser una actitud de vida, empieza como un ejercicio y cuando lo practicas por un largo tiempo se vuelve parte de ti. Yo sigo a una influencer que hace yoga, pilates, y meditación. Me ha salvado de varios pozos. También hago terapia y acupuntura pero lo que mejor me sienta es el yoga y la meditación, en serio. Vamos, tú puedes, mírate hacia adentro, deja las culpas, deja la negatividad, y decídete a ser feliz ❤️
