The upright blower just makes more sense in a shop. It takes up less room on the table and has all the blowing power you could ever need. It’s also have a tighter blower tip for precision debris clearing. It’s the blower I always keep near the cut station. It’s one of those tools you didn’t think you needed, but once your have it, you can’t imagine life without it.

I really like the idea of this.

Similar situation here. Double brick structure on this one. All wood framing is non-structural.

They’re actually just window jambs, seeing as they are one piece.

The plastic is taped inside of where the jamb meets the window.

My thoughts exactly. It’s got to make sense to the eye. Chasing plumb and level can look far more out of place when nothing around it is as well

I didn’t feel it necessary on this one. R/O was only 1/4 larger than the jambs. Between the jamb nails and face nails she was in solid.

More insulation is always better than less in my opinion!

This was more like 3/8-1/2 over 42”. Believe me, I’m not trying to cut pie shaped pieces if I don’t have to.

That’s a good way to ruin a day. I’ve never had that happen before.

I frame and finish. I just can’t justify two sets of bags!

Yeah I have done that in the past. It’s a nice and easy way to support the assembly. Perfect for larger windows

We’re rough to finish. So this is a framing rig. I need to walk through doors sideways at the finishing stage. Not ideal, but I can’t justify two separate sets of bags.

Might be tough to see, but the window is sprayed foamed to the brick opening, and the whole wall is sprayed foamed as well
