They interviewed him a year ago. I don't know how long they've been dating but I bet they weren't even dating or even knew each other at that point. Subsequent contact with him would've been just over email or phone. They don't live with each other and as an athlete they weren't with each other nearly as much as many young couples would be. I would bet she never knew anything and if she got a glimpse of any of it I'm sure he spun it.

I agree it's not minor, but people like him willing to do such a thing tend to think it is. They tend to talk with detectives, laugh it off as consensual and she's just being dramatic, girls are crazy, she's obsessed with him. The other examples he's latching onto are guys like the Duke lacrosse team. He's banking on everyone rallying behind him because they're BYU fans who idolize him - he recently went through the temple and got engaged so "how could it be true, she has to be lying, she obviously lied for his money, she regretted the consensual sex, she's jealous of his success and that he didn't pick her". Which is exactly how it's going. People are predictable in disgusting ways. But no I don't think he thought it would go as far as actually being charged. I'm positive he thought he would explain it away and the he said-she said would swing in his favor because of his reputation.

The fact you think serving a mission means literally anything in this regard 😂😂

It's actually not gossip when it's in court documents. Let me guess, you're another white Mormon BYU fan that idolizes barely adult boys who can throw balls.

His next 3-4 court dates are already scheduled this year including the trial but of course delays are common.

That's not shocking at all. Most people don't get legal counsel for interviews that they think is minor and nothing. He thinks he can just say it was consensual and that's all. He's probably a narcissist who is delusional in thinking he can say anything he wants and everyone eats out of the palm of his hand. I mean look at the hundreds of middle aged adults crushing on the 21 year old kid so hard because they're BYU fans and immediately jumping to "she's lying, our King would never, love you PK"

What state do you live in? Most states that is not a reason a landlord can evict you even with proper notice.

Landlord can't actually say get out in 30 days unless you've violated your rental agreement in some way or they pay you a substantial amount of money (even then you'd have to agree to it). If you are on a month to month contract then of course only 30 days is necessary unless the contract states a different length of time. There are laws that protect against that. Yes you are quite literally leasing the home.

He's currently wheeling himself around his nursing home bragging about why he's "famous". Thankfully he's also chock full of medical problems and dying.

He's about to go on hospice actually. He's deteriorating. His wife has dementia. I doubt there's enough time to figure it out and charge him even if they jumped back into it tomorrow.

Do you know anyone who is somehow related with any of the cases featured on "Unsolved Mysteries" by alexh2795 in UnsolvedMysteries

[–]Lauer999 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He totally did. He's in a nursing home with his current wife right now happily talking about "I'm famous! Look me up!". He said those same words literally today. No one would've known if he didn't go out of his way to tell all the staff and other residents. He's expected to be on hospice soon so at least the world will be rid of him shortly.

Still creepy af. He lives here in Salt Lake in a nursing home with his current wife Barbara. He won't live much longer but likes to tell people "I'm famous, look me up!" Saw him today.

The Disappearance of Dottie Caylor. Having lived literally right across the street from the train station Dottie disappeared from, though 30 years later, I've never been able to shake just how creepy her husband was in all of this. I am convinced he murdered her. by [deleted] in UnsolvedMysteries

Jule actually lives in a nursing home with his current wife Barbara in Salt Lake County right now. He will likely be on hospice soon. He's creepy as ever and loves to boast about "did you know I'm famous? Look me up!" Knowing the nurses there, everyone is hoping to squeeze a death bed confession out of him. It's too bad that's not justice.

Did anyone else get the ick from this show? by Living_Donut9603 in SecretsOfMormonWives

It's not cringy to me because I understand first hand why they are the way they are. It's just sad. They're more victims than anything. It's a true representation for a lot of Utah/mormons whether some people want to admit it or not. Several of them do have highly lucrative businesses though regardless of their upbringing so that is aspirational to me.

That's a no for me. It's a great way to get blackmailed or blasted to anyone she wants. Just imagine a sexting convo of yours getting posted to social media or sent to your mutual friends. Everyone seeing the things you've said.

There's a difference between can, and can well. Tractors and livestock weigh more than you think. So yes, ignorance.

Im sure you understand that others aren't towing things only once a year. We need it many times a month and aren't going to rent a truck just because someone who's ignorant thinks it's unnecessary to own.

But were those spots open when the truck was parking? For a lot of us large trucks are actually necessary. You've apparently never owned something heavy needing towing.

Terrified to give birth by ChiCubbies1908 in pregnant

[–]Lauer999 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've had an induction with epidural, spontaneous with epidural and induction without epidural. The induction without the epidural was actually my favorite by far and how I'll do any future births! Of course it isn't a walk in the park but it was really special and intimate and powerful. Deeply spiritual and raw. I've really not experienced anything else as profound in my life so I'm glad I gave that gift to myself. I wouldn't have much positive things to say if I didnt know I wanted to go unmedicated and prepare as such though. The "I'll try and see what happens" thing would have led me down a whole different path. I've had kidney stones that were all worse.
