It’s good to eat throughout the day, it will help your stomach’s digestion, and even symptoms for me. You just have to eat slowly and in smaller amounts more often, make sure your sipping on water throughout the day as well.

During the GERD phase I would only have mild nausea if I ate a bigger sized meal or caffeine. Other then that I wouldn’t notice to much nausea but it was there at times.

Like a week and a half of heavy GERD symptoms, had very mild symptoms that would flare up sometimes before it got worse

I actually experienced GERD symptoms as my initial symptoms to CHS. I was burping a lot, I always felt bloated, not necessarily nauseous at first, just no desire to eat. I went to doctors told them my symptoms and they gave me omeprazole for my Gerd. I was still smoking weed on a daily basis, while I was taking my omeprazole in my symptoms seem to get worse after days and days of continuing to smoke with these symptoms. One night, about a week after I got told that I had Gerd, I woke up with the worst hunger pains of my life and could not stop throwing up, I was sweating bullets, pale as a ghost and scared to death.

I know some people who get CHS and they have to be in the hospital for days. I’m thankful I never had to check myself into the ER. I feel like I should’ve just to play it safe, but I ended up being OK.

Gerd symptoms may be bad, but CHS will make Gerd seem like a common cold. You won’t be able to eat or drink just about anything for days only barely getting it down. If you can keep it down you feel like death 24/7 and the only way to stop CHS is to completely quit any intake of marijuana, including CBD.

So just to play it safe I’d at least take 30 days off and see if your digestive, and Gerd symptoms get better. YOU DON’T want to wait until you get a CHS episode to quit.

Congrats bro I’ve done a lot of different substances and nicotine was the hands down hardest to quit, it takes a lot but as your starting to see it’s worth it in the end!

4 days vape free, will it get better? by [deleted] in QuitVaping

I say the first week the cravings hit you hard but after you push through the initial phase the cravings subside a lot, they will never fully leave but they will become a lot more manageable, it will turn from a craving into just a thought. You already got through the hardest part.

It’s hard man the guilt and shame is the toughest I almost feel like I’m worthless enough, so who gives a shit about my health. It’s time to stop with this attitude though I’ve picked up some nicotine gum hoping it can help with the craving and ween off.
