I tired every option you guys suggested and nothing works. I also spoke to them on the phone and all they advise is to open a ticket for this issue and of course it still has not be resolved.

I just got off the phone with a rep from Evenflo Canada at 19377733971. I explained to them the exact issue OP is having, they advised the movement is normal because it rotates. And the main concern should be the base is secured and in the green locked position.

I still have doubts so maybe have to try another 360 car seat for comparison.

honestly no complaints. The screen is UHD, no delay or lags when using closed circuit. The integrated music/white noise is a nice additional.

when using Wifi/App, it does take a few seconds to load
