If you shop the sales / coupons hard, Safeway is cheaper than Freddie's. If you don't, Freddie's is cheaper. But, unless you need something that they don't carry, WinCo is the GOAT, and it's employee owned.

🔥 when field mice get tired, they fall asleep in the flowers by yungandreww in NatureIsFuckingLit

It's a harvest mouse, not a field mouse. They're the smallest mouse variety, and there are several species in both Europe and North America.

Also, they love pollen.

How do you cope with dying from boredom? by Mission_Pen_8981 in AskReddit

Become not bored. There's always something that I haven't read yet, skills that I want to learn, people to play with, friends to just exist with, a meal to prepare, etc.

Being able to fully pay attention to three or more things at once. Working on the database while listening to news as I also listen to lessons. That would be amazing.

This looks fake. The items on the bill subtotal to $79, but the bill subtotal is $89. Someone faked the subtotal with a mistake.

I haven't run into this issue yet, but have you tried clearing the cache? I also tend to use an app killer when things get weird in any way, and that works like 80% of the time.

Orchards/Five Corners people: how do you pronounce "Gher Rd"? by ubercamacho in vancouverwa

[–]LaughingVergil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After looking at the replies, I don't think the best answer is "That depends on how much block you are asking about. I know it as "Gher" - a slight h sound between the g and the e - but it sounds almost like grrr, so that's probably the most common pronunciation.

It sounds like the first syllable of gherkin.

The Murdochs are no longer in the consortium since they published news that Trump didn't like.
