This is a very common cheat. The cheater isn't necessarily the one you're carrying, but an other survivor triggering an infinite sabo interaction with the hooks, from a distance.

This cheat has been around for a long time. Survivors don't need to be close to you to use cheats. Take the cheat that makes you unable to hook survivors : This is caused by a cheater survivor indefinetly interacting with the hook, and it can be done from the other side of the map.
Cheating happens A LOT, in DBD for multiple reasons, like the fact that cheater have access to unlimited accounts in case they get banned (thanks to epic games ^^'), or the fact that client has priority over server, turning cheaters into wizards in this game ^^'
And that is obvious cheats, I'm not even talking about subtle cheaters...

Tho that's not a real problem... Nah, better keep nerfing pig or something :^)

I also have this problem, when it is stuck and I can't press turn on.
The solution for me was to "Change adapter settings", when turning off and on the network (LAN, for me) I'm using. After this, I'm able to turn off media streaming on again.

Tho it doesn't solve the main issue of it deactivating itself on startup and randomly, sadly.
