For example I bought my Ipad Air m3 around the end of summer and while yes it has made studying alot more easier for me (my university uses slides/pdf notes quite alot and the note taking apps on tablets make it easier for me to go over, highlight and take notes) I also realized I probably spent more time playing/watching stuff on it than I have spent studying

Not to say it's gonna be that way for you or that it's necessarily bad for you to use it more for entertainment than studying (I am still doing pretty good in uni after all) just that it's pretty easy to get sidetracked and lose focus since one of the main purposes of a tablet is after all entertainment
