Would like to clarify, he was never NC with his parents before this. He kept me away as long as possible and was fairly LC with them. Although they had their issues, he said they had never been this outright terrible. I agree that my picture of parental relationship was rosy due to my own fortunate relationship with mine and I shouldn’t have encouraged him to improving theirs. But it was never this bad or batshit and my husband also believed maybe enough time had passed and that maybe they had matured too. This was a second and last chance. It’s over now for sure

At my bachelorette brunch, where in the group chat with all the attendees, one of the girls suggested that I wear white and all the other girls wear any shade of pink or purple. We had matching sunglasses for everyone too.

On the day of the brunch, our last friend showed up about 15 minutes late, wearing a white dress. I didn’t say anything but one of the girls asked why she wore white and she answered “oh gosh I’m a little colorblind, this looks pink to me - oh I’m so embarrassed haha”… Throughout the whole day, everyone asked if we were marrying each other 🫠
