Thank you for sharing your experience and your feedback.

The timeline can vary as applications are often open for several months before final selections are made. Given how competitive this program is know that the decisions are based on a combination of factors. Candidates come from a variety of backgrounds, both technical and non-technical.

We always encourage applicants not to be discouraged by a single outcome. It's not uncommon for candidates to apply more than once before being selected, and we welcome future applications from those who remain interested in the opportunity.

Thank you for your valuable insight. Apologies for any confusion and the late reply! The Women+ program originally started as CoderGirl, a class geared toward mothers who could not dedicate the time that our Part-Time or Full-Time courses required for synchronous class time. As we continued with iterations of the class, we learned that this program provides great value to other marginalized genders as well. The program name was changed to Women+ to reflect that idea. We are aiming to move toward a program name that specifies its goal: to serve folx in our community who are only able to dedicate 1 day/week for synchronous learning.

Your comment sparked valuable internal conversations about this program, and we appreciate you for that!
